I’ve started learning to fly…a drone. This is something I’ve wanted to try for a number of years now.
This is a perfect spot to capture a lake for all seasons from a different perspective…and in theory I’m still using my phone. I’m still quite nervous about the whole thing while also extremely excited about the possibilities. The main thing that causes me anxiety is the possibility of landing in the water…that would not be good!
So here is a quick shot from this afternoon. You can just make out what looks like a popular fishing spot judging by the number of boats gathered off the southern end of Snake Island.
